The weekly work plan serves as a template for several automatic features in TimeStatement.
For example, it is used:
- when the target hours are filled in automatically with the magic wand, which is especially handy for constant or similar working hours
- when absences are entered via Planned Absences without a start and end time, for example for full-day or half-day absences
- when project time is recorded without a start and end time, only with a duration, if it should be added to the work time
The weekly work plan defines which working hours TimeStatement uses automatically for these features.
To adjust an employee's weekly work plan:
- Open Management > Users.
- Select the user.
- Open Work plan > Weekly Work Plan.
- Adjust the weekly work plan as needed and save the changes.
