In TimeStatement, you can create a closing either for a single user or for several or all users at once.
A closing locks and closes a time period. After that, the working hours within this period can no longer be changed. This keeps reviewed data and reports reliable and traceable, for example for payroll or when an employee leaves.
Creating a closing for a single user
Go to Management > Users, select the user and open the "Closings" tab. Then click "Create Closing".
Enter the "End Date" of the time period to be closed. If needed, you can adjust the work time balance in the "Correction" field. In the "Notes" field, you can record the reason for the correction so that it remains traceable later. Then save the closing.
Creating a closing for several or all users
Go to Overview > Closings and click "Create Closings".
Enter the closing date up to which the time period should be closed. Then select the users you want, either several or all users.
If needed, you can adjust the work time balance in the "Correction" field. In the "Notes" field, you can document the reason for the correction so that it remains traceable later. Then save the closing.
