When an employee leaves the company, first mark them as having left. This ensures that all data up to the last working day is taken into account correctly, which is especially important for calculations such as the remaining vacation days.
To do this, go to Management > Users and click "Exit" for the employee in the user list. Enter the last working day and save the change.
As soon as the employee no longer needs to record any entries in TimeStatement, you can deactivate the user. To do this, open the user under Management > Users, disable the "Active" option and save the change.
Deactivating the user releases a user license. You can check your current license status under Management > License. There you can see how many users your license allows and how many licenses are currently in use.
You can then use the released user license for the new employee. Create the new user under Management > Users > New User.
If no new employee joins, you can reduce the number of users in your license under Management > License from the next billing period.
