How do billing and payment processing work in TimeStatement?

Online ordering and payment processing are handled worldwide by our e-commerce partner Cleverbridge.

You can choose between monthly and annual billing. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled.

The available payment methods are credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Important: The license is activated once payment has been received. With credit card payments, activation takes place in real time. With payment by invoice, activation can take up to 48 hours. Keep this in mind when adjusting your license to avoid delays.

If you extend your license during the term because you want to use the additional licenses right away, only the prorated amount until the next regular billing date is charged. From the next invoice on, the new licenses are fully included.
