- Click on the «Projects» tab and click on the button «Create Project»
- Now TimeStatement gives you the opportunity to take on assigned employees, tasks and expenses categories of already created projects for your new project. This saves you time and makes your system reusable, by which efficiency increases
- Here you can choose the name, your company and the customer of the project and define the currency, hourly rate and budget of the project
- Complete the process by clicking «Save»
Assign employees to the project
- To assign employees to a project, click on the tab «Projects» and click on your desired project
- Now in the projects tab click on «Members» and press the button «Add Member»
- Select the desired member. You can also mark members as project leaders, which allows members to see all the information about the project as well as all employee reports of the project
- Save the member by clicking «Save»
Define project task
- Click on the projects tab «Tasks» and click on «Add Task», to add a new task to the project
- Enter the name of the task and determine whether the task is billable
- Save the task of the project by clicking «Save»
Define Expenses Categories
- Click on the projects tab «Expense Categories» and click on «Add expense category»
- Now enter the name, unit and price per unit of the expense
- Save the expense category by clicking «Save»
